Hyperspace does not collect or transmit any Personally-Identifying Information. Hyperspace does collect anonymized, non-personally-identifiable information such as device type, operating system version, and usage statistics like the number of files scanned, the number of bytes reclaimed, and the number of errors encountered. This is used in aggregate to help facilitate development decisions.

Business Transfers

If Hyperspace, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Hyperspace goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.
